Date Night :: Red Skirt

You may remember me doing a DIY for this skirt here & that was the last time I wore it. I am so happy that the weather is so beautiful here in Ontario, Canada and I can wear all my favourite summer outfits without leggings. Winter comes to fast in my opinion.  I wore this the other week on a Friday night when Adam and I went out for a drink and some dinner at a new restaurant near our apt. It was delicious…

Blazer Dress

A while ago I picked up this garment up at my local thrift store, it was baggy, long sleeved & had a longer length. But with some sewing, trimming & taking in I ended up with this dress. It’s one of my favorites now!  I wore this when I went out the other day to get some frozen yogurt with Adam, it was one of those places where you can build your own and it was delicious! Remember when I said I was going to show you how to achieve an airbrushed look like in this post? I am excited to say I am very happy with my final results. DIY :: Open Lace Back T-Shirt

I don’t have nay pictures of this but it was very simple! I had an old t-shirt with an open back already and never really wore it. I took some left over lace from when I made my Lace Heels and cut out a rough estimate of the whole in the shirt (leaving lots of extra on all ends just to be safe) I turned the shirt inside out and pinned it the lace around the area, sewed it and cut off the extras!…
