When Everleigh was gifted one of these DIY Baby Crinkle Paper toys and I realized how much she loved it, I knew I had to make her some more.
It seems like the simplest toys entertain our little ones, empty boxes, an empty wipe pack, etc. This is why I personally don’t see a need to spend a lot of money on toys and DIYing is the way to go.
What I love about this DIY is that you can use items that you most likely already own. If you don’t have scrap fabric around the house, maybe try cutting up an old t-shirt.
Also, local fabric stores tend to have big bins of random fabric that’s marked down. They also give you the option to buy just a bit of ribbon and not a whole roll. Definitely a great option to look into if you’re wanting to create this DIY.
