What’s the perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon you ask? Hosting a Wine Slushy Party, of course!
I partnered up with Fresh Wines – a local Niagara wine company to create two different wine slushies that are perfect for any gathering. Adding this twist to my normal glass of wine was better than I thought, especially on a hot summer day. The best part is that you only need a few ingredients and it takes just minutes to make.
To go along with the Wine Slushies, I picked up a few kinds of cheese, meats, crackers, chips, etc because you can’t have a wine party without cheese. Am I right?
Throughout the night we tried two different Wine Slushies – one white and one red. Overall, both were amazing but I’d have to say the red was everyone’s favourite. As red wine is usually served at room temperature creating a slushy out of it made it more of a summer drink and easier to enjoy during the humid summer days.

Red Wine Slushy
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Ice
- 2 Cups FRESH Satin Red
- 50 ml Monin Pomegranate
