Spring is one of the best seasons. I know people say fall is, but spring is when we can bust out all the bright colours in our closets and lock away the blacks and browns. It’s that time of year when my wallet takes a little more of a dent because of all the new items in the stores.
For 2017, I am really trying to only purchase items that are different from what is currently in my closet. I recently took a trip to Zara and spotted this striped pleated skirt. I usually don’t opt for longer skirts, as I’m only 5’3 and they tend to be huge on me but, this one was an exception. It was one of those items that you see in the store and you instantly know that it’s coming home with you.
Simons is another store that is perfect for these types of items. They offer a wide variety and the items are also affordable.
