Bramalea City Centre DIY Event & New Fashion Obessions

I want to thank  everyone who came out for my DIY event at Bramalea City Centre over the weekend! It was a full house of some pretty creative people!

For 3 hours, people came in with some creative ideas and left with their amazing picture frames. We had everything you could imagine, feathers, beads, pom poms, paint, the list goes on! I personally ended up making 3 different frames and I feel like I could have kept going, lol!

For the DIY event, I opted for a pair of flats to build my outfit off of as the day before, I was in heels most of the day and since I knew I would be walking around the tables to check out everyone’s picture frames, flats were  just the perfect choice. These silver sneakers are from Nine West…think I might have an obsession with Nine West shoes.

The night before, I picked up the shirt I was wearing Express. I actually thought that it was a sweater dress until I tried it on and noticed that it had a slit down the side, which actually made me like it more! A little tip, if you’re shopping at Express at Bramalea City Centre, is to head to the back! There are some amazing sale pieces and they are usually an EXTRA 40% off the sale price. That’s whole I scored this top for $25.

Last stop for this outfit, is my new obsession and how I have never shopped at this store before blows my mind! Charming Charlie! Who’s been there? Everything from the clothes and jewelry to the face that the store is colour coordinated. It’s just pure love in that store. I’m thinking next time I need to pick up a new bag!
