As mentioned, white is a thing of the past. Colours are coming back stronger than ever – like 2017’s Pantone Colour of the Year – Greenery. Green is the colour of life, renewal, nature, and energy, is associated with meanings of growth, harmony, freshness, safety, fertility, and the environment.

This trend has been big within the fashion scene but it coming to home design in 2017. Expect to see mixed matched pillow sets, bed sets and more. I already have mixed pillow because I can never decide which ones I want, so I guess I’m ahead! (image sources here and here)

Every year there seems to be some time of print that everyone is obsessed with. In the past, it has been pineapples and palm trees. In 2017, expect to see butterfly prints everywhere.
