What you need:
- Tulip glitter (I end up using just the silver glitter spray),
- Tulip red fabric
- paint
- paint brush
- shorts
- Canada flag tracer (if needed)
Steps:
- I made a Canada flag tracer out of sticker paper by printing it off the computer and cutting it out. If you can free hand this, even better
- Spray the red fabric paint or use a paint brush and paint on the fabric paint.
- Peel off the sticker, and spray the Tulip glitter spray all over the shorts
- Once dried, I decided to put a small maple leaf on one of the back pockets and of course more glitter spray!
