Cover | FX Pressed Mineral Foundation is a talc-free powder plus foundation in one. It offers healthy, sheer to full coverage, natural matte finish with oil-absorbing microspheres. I first heard about this foundation from a close friend who actually uses it on a birth mark that’s on her chest to cover it up during the summer when she is wearing lower cut tops and bathing suits. So, not only does it offer a full coverage for your face but is suitable to use on other body parts. If you have a tattoo, birth mark or anything else that you need to cover up for special day – interview, wedding etc then Cover | FX is something you should look into.
Couple weeks ago, I attended an event for Cover | FX and learned all about the products from the creators and learned how they got to where they are and where they are headed in the future. When picking your shade out of the 18 varieties there are, don’t be afraid to ask for some help, I thought I would be a completely different shade then I was.
When you take a look at the bottom of the compact to see either a P, N, or G beside a number. This refers to your skin undertone. I thought I would be a P for sure, but was a N. So, as mentioned before, be sure to ask before purchasing.
P = Pink | N = Neutral | G = Gold
Instead of showing you beauties how the product works on your face, I thought I would share with you how it can cover body marks. Back in December, I burnt the top of my hand pretty badly and I still have a mark. Maybe it’s because I know it’s there but I can notice it in certain photos, so if I am attending a important event where I know photos can be taken, I like to cover it up. I know it’s just a hand but sometimes there are close ups of it, imagine being a bridesmaid and having pictures taken of you holding a bouquet! See below for my before and after.
Quick Notes:
- Sheer to full, all-day coverage
- Vitamin C, E and Green Tea Extract soothe inflammation and reduce redness
