Arbonne Essentials Greens Balance Review

Thought Arbonne was just about cosmetics? Think again! New to Arbonne Canada is the Greens Balance Dietary Supplement Blend. This vegan friendly fruit and vegetable formula contains a blend of ‘The Colours of Healthly Living‘ (Greens, Yelllows, Reds, Blues) but also contains an Omega-3 Seed blend from chia, flax and quinoa. It comes as a green powder that might not look very appetizing but when used right it’s a great way to ensure that you are eating healthy and getting all the daily nutrients your body needs and wants.

To use: Add one scoop to a glass of milk, water or a protein shake.

I found that when adding the powder to a glass of water it was hard to have all the powder dissolve. I like to combine a scoop to my morning smoothie and I don’t notice any taste difference, the smoothie is just a tad greener, which is fine by me! I wrote up my recipe below for you guys to try and be sure to let me know your thoughts if you do try it!

Recipe:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • Handful of spinach
  • Scoop of Arbonne Essentials Greens Balance
  • Little bit of honey for added sweetness
  • Add water and blend.

The powder is available in 216g container for $60.

From the Arbonne website: Mom always said to eat your veggies. Greens Balance makes this easy with its spectrum of proprietary colour blends of whole fruit and vegetable powders — delivering antioxidants, phytonutrients and fibre you need to have a more balanced, healthier diet every day. Fruits, vegetables, and legumes are sources of phytonutrients, or nutrients that come from plants. These nutrients include carotenoids like alpha- and beta-carotene in yellow fruits and vegetables, anthocyanidins in blues, lycopene in reds, and sulforaphane in cruciferous vegetables like kale and broccoli.
