DIY :: Lace Leg Warmers

What You Need: Leg Warmers Lace Scissors Fabric Glue 1. Measure out two pieces of lace that will wrap around the top of the leg warmer. 2. Apply a thin layer of glue to the top, place lace on top. 3. Flip the leg warmer over, and add another thin layer of glue on the top. 4. If there is extra fabric, wrap it around the leg warmer again or cut off the extra. 5. Repeat with other leg warmer.
