Can you believe that it’s almost Christmas? I seriously, remember it just being the start of summer and now we’re putting on winter jackets! As much as I don’t like the cold, I do like the holiday season. Not only is the decor everywhere you go gorgeous but the malls are stacked with everything glittery and shimmery!
This holiday season, I teamed up with Mandy, Eleni, and Zeba to show you 4 different holiday looks from The Oshawa Centre. With a wide variety of stores that include The Bay, H&M, Forever 21, Aldo, Old Navy and more they make it easy to find a holiday look that fits your budget.
A good tip, when looking for a holiday look is start with a vision. Look on Pinterest, blog websites or catalogues for an idea of the type of look you want. With two work parties coming up in the next couple weeks I wanted to find something that I could wear to one or even both. There’s no shame with outfit repeating here!
I knew I wanted a skirt/top as I’ve been on the hunt for a metallic skirt. I ended up picking up this Metallic Pink Skirt from The Bay for under $25! Luckily, I was shopping during one of the Bay Day sales and scored big. Definitely, keep an eye on these sales in the next few weeks and make sure you tell me about the deals you got.
Now that I had the skirt, I needed a top. I wanted something that was a little warmer so I picked up this black cropped sweater at Forever 21. It paired perfectly with the pink and is a piece that I know I’ll be wearing over and over again during the winter.
Next, was accessories! Since the skirt was my main focal point I wanted to keep the necklace simple. I picked up this 3 chain gold necklace from H&M and a burgundy bag at Aldo. I loved how the bag came with a little scarf tie on the side and the dark hue is perfect for the winter. Last but not least, classic Steve Madden black pumps as they are the perfect shoe for an office get together.
