Ready for Halloween? If you have been following me for a while you’ll know that I’m a big fan of DIY costumes! The other week I started my DIY Halloween Costumes with a Simple Dollarstore Emoji Costume and this week is all about unicorns!
This DIY Rainbow Tulle Skirt is perfect for a unicorn costume but you could also follow the same steps to create a tulle skirt in any colour you’d like! Imagine a black tulle skirt for a Witch Costume or an all yellow one for an Emoji or Minion costume! So many options!

What You’ll Need
- Tulle
- Stretchy Headband
- Scissors
Steps
- Cut your tulle into long strips
- Wrap each piece around the headband. For a thicker look, attach multiple pieces of tulle at once
- Repeat until you’ve covered the whole headband
