It finally snowed, well a little! I had a small hope that maybe winter was going to skip this year but this weekend proved me wrong. On the bright side, I’m looking into booking a trip to Aruba to escape this winter-ness and I have a new winter jacket to keep me warm!
Recently I was introduced to K-Way, which is described as the modern raincoat. I actually think it’s more than that. Living in Canada, you get used to having very unpredictable weather. One moment it can be sunny, the next it’s a winter wonderland. Which is why a good jacket is one of the must items for winter.
The K-Way Lily Thermo Reversible Jacket acts as a two in one jacket with one side made of light nylon taffeta, water- proof, windproof and breathable, padded with 90/10 goose down and quilted. The other, made of light nylon taffeta ciré, water repellent and breathable with heat-sealed seams.
I was really surprised at how well this little jacket keeps me warm. Although I love my other bigger winter jackets, I hate wearing them out when running quick errands on the weekend. K-Way offers a simple solution with their slim fit jackets that keep you warm but are also not overly bulky. You have to check out the other reversible jackets they have, as some are pink and black!
