OOTD | 100% Canadian Designs, Miik

This past weekend, I had my cousin’s wedding to attend which meant that I was in need of a fall dress to wear to it. I wanted something that would keep me warm with the cooler temperatures so when I saw this Miik dress with the long-sleeves I knew it would be perfect. Miik is a 100% Canadian company with their dyes, fabrics, and designs coming from the Toronto area. This helps them to minimize their carbon footprint and support local mills, dye houses and manufacturers.

I was really impressed with the material of the dress as it’s thick and doesn’t stretch out throughout the night and isn’t see through! Have you ever bought a dress and then once you put it on you realize that it shows EVERYTHING – not cool. With loving the dress so much, I now want to pick up one of their blazers!
