Walmart Canada Shopping Challenge :: Outfit #1

Just last week I was challenged by Walmart Canada to go on a shopping adventure to find the perfect Spring look for under $100. I will admit, I was a little nervous going in as it can be hard to find cute fashion pieces that have a lower price tag but as soon as I started and saw skirts and tanks for under $10 a piece, I went into shopping turbo mode. In the end, I left with two outfits for under $100.

I headed straight for the accessories section of Walmart as I knew I needed a new hat for the summer, to protect my face from the sun. I spotted this brown monochromatic hat that I loved because I knew it would match with just about anything. The start of my Spring look was coming together.

With just having the hat in the cart, I wasn’t too sure where the outfit was going until I spotted this yellow based pineapple tank –  it screamed Spring. Next, I headed to the bottom section and knew to look for something blue as it compliments yellow perfectly.

Shoes were the last item that I needed to complete look #1. At first, I was looking for just a simple pair of flats but then I saw pink flats with a palm tree print on it. How could I not pick those up? They just went perfectly with the whole theme of the outfit. I also threw in a coconut cup that I found in the seasonal section of Walmart because…well..it’s a coconut that’s a cup! They also had cups shaped like pineapples.
