What You Need:

Steps:

Use circle guide or trace the sharpie lid to create circles all over the shoe
Use the sharpie and colour in the circles
Use a bit of clear drying glue and use a paintbrush to paint a thin layer of glue on each dot
Carefully put desired amount of glitter on each dot
