A great option for New Years, is a short dress that has long sleeves. During the colder months these are my go-to type of dresses because 1. I’m a wuss in the Winter and 2. They look cute! I love the solid colour of the dress so it can easily be paired with fun/bold necklace to spice up the outfit. On this dress, you can move the material around to create more gathering in areas you want to hide and is made with a ticker material that will keep you warm when you’re running from the car to the party.
